My husband and I have gone to Osteostrong Pittsburgh East for over a year, and most importantly, we enjoy the exercise experience. It is an encouraging, warm environment and Pam, Matt, and John provide personal coaching. We noticed a decrease in joint pain, improved balance, and a feeling of increased strength.
If you are at all hesitant….try for a few months….your bones will sing! You will feel energized and will notice an increase in strength. Your balance will be better and your overall sense of well-being will be boosted. Try it and let your body be the judge. Osteo Strong East!!!!
I'm new to Osteostrong and found the staff very welcoming and knowledgeable. Facility is impeccable. Parking is easy.
We have only been going to Osteostrong for a short time, but it’s been a very pleasant experience each and every visit The folks there have been very helpful and kind besides the encouraging coaching they provide. We are looking forward to the health benefits and improvements in our bodies, bones and renewed strength as we continue to pursue. So far we would recommend it to anyone seeking to extend their vim and vigor as their years begin to accumulate. ☺️
