I have been coming to this OsteoStrong location for a little over two years now. Over that time, joint pain and stiffness has reduced, and strength and my overall feeling of well-being has increased. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Recommended!
Osteostrong is fantastic! Great exercises to strengthen bones! Critical for peri and menopausal women but younger women need this to prevent the possible horrors of bone loss! Despite having given all my information to the salesman and online, there was no information about me when I went in. No manager, only a very nervous woman and another young woman. Neither seemed to know how to be there themselves. I told the woman that I had a bad back and a torn meniscus and was scheduled for surgery soon.
