I have been coming here for two and a half years. I had two falls and thankfully did not break anything. I definitely think coming here has helped strengthen my bones and I believe it played a role in not having any broken bones from the falls. This place is wonderful and the staff is really friendly.

Very impressed by the staff how attentive they are to form and motivating you. Very encouraging! Delsy who manages this location is so compassionate and caring, eager to help. Fellow ladies who use this location have told me of their bone density improvements which they credit OsteoStrong for. I look forward to the next bone density test as I do feel stronger with this program complimenting my personal workout/weight program.

I’ve been attending OsteoStrong sessions for just under a year, and my recent bone density scan showed an increase of 4% in bone density. In just the first few sessions, strengthening in my bones and joints was already evident, and joint pain has completely disappeared. The staff at the Dallas Midtown location are very friendly, knowledgeable and sincere in helping you accomplish your goal for having strong and healthy bones. I highly recommend OsteoStrong!

I've had a great experience here. I travel 45 minutes to get here. I've incorporated this with regular exercise. I have Osteopena, and hope this will keep me strong in preventing decline to osteoporosis. Very welcoming and caring staff.

I love Osteostrong! I’ve been a member for two and a half years and my bone density has increased considerably over that time. I enjoy my visits each week because the staff is welcoming and encouraging! I believe Osteoatring is a terrific investment in my future!
