I’ve been going to OsteoStrong for over 3 years now & it has definitely helped with strength & balance. I feel more steady on my feet so I’m less fearful of taking a fall. It also helps with standing up straight. Highly recommend! 😎

When I started with osteostrong to start to rebuild my muscles and boy have I done that. This place and the team that have your and help you get out of it you want. Then they extras you earn water massage a d red light therapy and they have the leg sleeves for the neuropathy all I can say is they have helped me get stronger. Thank you
My experience at Osteostrong was great! The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, Bob went over every step and machine. The workout only took about 20 minutes and I was on my way! I’m excited to go again to see my progress. Osteostrong is a great place for all ages and fitness levels!
I feel stronger every time I walk out of a session with Osteostrong. Bob, Haley, and Sawyer are all excellent and take time to explain things well! The sessions are short and precise, targeting what is needed! I can almost feel my bone density increasing! I highly recommend Osteostrong for dealing with osteoporosis, I feel like I am doing something to stop the bone destruction!
