I started going to OsteoStrong 10 months ago after getting a diagnosis of osteoporosis. I wanted to try anything (other than taking medication) to increase my bone density and improve my balance. I can honestly say that I feel much stronger since I started, and it doesn't require much of your time. You typically go once a week for a 15-20 minute appointment. It has really helped me. If you're on the fence, just give it a try for yourself. What have you got to lose.
In Dec. I fell hard on my left hip. If it wasn't for OsteoStrong I think I would have broken my hip. I was sore and bruised but not broken. I give OsteoStrong the credit. Plus my balance has improved alot. Love OsteoStrong.
Dan,Jordan and Cam are knowledgeable and very helpful to help you reach your fitness goals and to help your bones get stronger. The equipment is very innovative to help me with osteogenic loading.
