OsteoStrong is a great program to build endurance , stability and strength with those who have Osteopenia and Osteoporosis. Jordan and Dan are great! Dan not only encourages, he pushes you small amounts at a time to be stronger, enabling you to feel great, then motivates you to be even better!! Friendly staff who work individually with each client. My DEXA scan improved for the first time in years, thanks to God working through the Osteostrong program and Prolia! The hydromassage also feels great following my exercise routine there.
Great place/ experience!! Staff is exceptional; feel great after every session. Can’t wait for my next dexa scan. Just do it , it’s got to improve scores as research indicates. August 25 Received my DEXA scan. Fabulous improvement. Statistically significant 8.5% increase in my lumbar. BMD. I am very happy I will continue!!
My experience at OsteoStrong in Greensburg has been very positive. I started almost four months ago hoping to increase my bone density on my next scan in June. In the meantime I am becoming stronger and have better balance. Both important to having the independence I strive for. I have less pain in my knees and lower back. The staff members instruct, motivate, and help keep me positive. I love how I feel! ❤️
BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE at -Greensburg-! ! They are very nice to you at first just until they catch their prey. I have nothing positive to say about this place. It's Not a good place , not a good service at all. Franchise owner not really interested in the bone health to make you feel better, they are only interested in making money, on how much money they can take from you, how much money they can make from illness-person.
