Osteostrong has helped me to be more flexible. It has also prompted me to do more stretching during the week which reduces stiff joints when I get out of bed each morning. Overall, I just feel better.

OsteoStrong is a great program to build endurance , stability and strength with those who have Osteopenia and Osteoporosis. Jordan and Dan are great! Friendly staff who work individually with each client. My DEXA scan improved for the first time in years, thanks to God working through the Osteostrong program and Prolia! The hydromassage also feels great following my exercise routine there.
