I am not longer able to get an accurate DEXA Scan due to rods in my lumber and cervical spine. So I went to Osteostrong for a REMS Scan. It is an alternative to a DEXA Scan. Lisa and Glory did an excellent job in providing a scan. They also give you a thumb drive to take home that has the entire report that you can print for your doctors. I highly recommend this service. It is a great alternative to a DEXA Scan.
I’ve been going to Farragut OsteoStrong facility for over a year. This is the best place to help slow osteoporosis with weight bearing exercises. It only takes 15 minutes per week. The help and encouragement you receive is awesome. Everyone is knowledgeable and very friendly. Take time to do something proactive to help yourself. You will not regret this choice.

I started going to Osteostrong around five years ago after having a Dexa scan that revealed Osteoporosis in my spine and Osteopenia in my hips. Currently, my body strength has increased over 75% from the time I started with the Osteogenic loading machines that are both user friendly and safe. My overall balance remains steady due to the vibration plate that each session begins and ends with. I enjoy going to my session each week that only take 15-20 minutes. I am so thankful for the friendly, helpful and encouraging staff.
