I am so thankful for OsteoStrong. A few years the beginnings of osteoporosis was discovered in my bones. The good: OsteoStrong Austin has great employees. The bad: this place is mismanaged so the costumer experience suffers. First, OsteoStrong is expensive. Like $200 a month for one 15 minute weekly session. (I have no idea whether the science behind it works because I’ve only been going since February and haven’t had a bone scan.) Second, please check their hours before signing up. They are very limited. I totally love Osteo Strong! They have a very supportive and encouraging staff that motivate and help you to do your best performance. I’ve actually felt better since going to OsteoStrong. My balance is improving and my strength has increased. I look forward to my weekly sessions with OsteoStrong!!!
