Has been over 3 months now started weekly sessions at OsteoStrong Austin. All the coaches are motivated to assist you to get your best results. The extra modalities like the infrared panels, the Hydromassage, and the Bio Charger are very beneficial at the cellular level and musculoskeletal. There are people who have been coming for 2 yrs and are so pleased with their bone density I am looking forward to seeing my results in 9 months! Highly recommend OsteoStrong!
I had a great experience with Osteostrong. The trainers are TOP NOTCH!! They are extremely careful to make sure form is correct while performing the exercises, super carinf and motivational. The facility is decked out with additional health focused amenities to round out your personal care before or after the Osteostrong exercises. Definitely recommend!
In the months before I had started at OSTEOSTRONG I was feeling hopeless about ever being out of pain.
