This place is tuff, and so are my bones🔥
I am so thankful for OsteoStrong. A few years the beginnings of osteoporosis was discovered in my bones. I’m not a believer in continued use of drugs to solve a problem, so having been a body builder many years ago, the idea of asking my body to strengthen its bones in a more holistic way was attractive to me. The good: OsteoStrong Austin has great employees. The bad: this place is mismanaged so the costumer experience suffers. First, OsteoStrong is expensive. Like $200 a month for one 15 minute weekly session. (I have no idea whether the science behind it works because I’ve only been going since February and haven’t had a bone scan.) Second, please check their hours before signing up. They are very limited.
