I started at Osteostrong last July. It is a commitment! I attend 1 x per week. The staff is kind, professional, knowledgeable and informative. I enjoy working with them and appreciate what I feel are benefits to me and my bone health as I journey through this gift of life!
I have a friend who goes to Osteostrong Austin and they are thinking of leaving along with a few of her other friends. It's not because of the machines or that it's pricey because she has seen benefits. But the management is bad. The 2 women coaches are great. One of them is a personal trainer. She said there was one coach, a tall girl who gave detailed instruction and my friend said "brought a fresh perspective into an old routine. Getting to be part of OsteoStrong Austin has been an incredible journey. My tension headaches from scoliosis and severe knee pain shockingly went away. I also now have 2X the normal bone density comparatively to someone my age. The greatest benefit however, is getting to here testimonies on a weekly basis of members getting there bones stronger, their confidence up, and their life back. And with my personal involvement between 4 centers, and 5 years, it's now been in the thousands.. and counting..
I've had serious issues with regards to clumsiness & balance my entire life. I've had countless brain bleeds, broke my neck and elbow, & have had more bruised swollen eyes from those falls. My girlfriend told me about OesteoStrong & we signed up on the same day. My balance has improved remarkably. The staff & trainers are the best. I go to the Oesteostrong on Hwy. 183. You should go check them out.
The entire space brings about positive change. My hope is to strengthen my bones, this appears to be a viable possibility. The support staff instruct safety but encourage maximum effort. My results have been encouraging, the modalities used here are unique and specialized. Osteostrong is a critical adjunct to my ongoing recovery.,
