As a retired physician and having treated osteoporosis and -penia, i can whole heartedly endorse OS. A client myself with a 135% increase in strength and 35% increase in balance!
I went chiefly to get a feel for the X3 equipment, but came away being impressed with everything else! In addition to my pool workouts, I think that in due time, I might find myself healthier at THIS age than I was twenty, thirty years ago! We'll see what happens in time, and if it does in the quick duration that I think it will, I'll need to come back and add that last star!

OsteoStrong concept works. After 10 months of lifestyle change with osteoarthritis, I found OS. The vibrational disrupter was what my body needed to gain more strength. After two treatments, I was able to squat to the ground which I had not been able to do at all 11 months ago when I could not walk. Josh works patiently and passionately with each person. The clients are so happy and it is a great place to even just hang out and talk OS! Can't wait to go back
