Initially takes awhile to get in for an appointment. Plenty of parking. Dr. Velazquez does hands on manipulation, not that useless "popper machine".
Been going here a few years and love it
Reception is very kind and Dr. Velazquez is professional and great at what he does. However, when I went to pay the remainder of my bill in full, they took 2 months to attempt to process my payment. By that time, I did not have the funds in my account to make the payment and would have been over-drafted if not for my bank declining the charge.
I was referred to this practice on 5/12/24 and they were unable to schedule me until 2 months out. Ok not their fault I understand new patients take time. I am in horrific shoulder, rib, and back pain every day that is limiting my life substantially. The office called me 2 weeks before my standing appointment and cancelled for the doctor to go on vacation or something.
