Called to schedule an appointment. After an extensive phone tree, a very callous message instructed a referral was mandatory. Primary sent one right over. Waited a few days, called back. Very unfriendly, and bothered woman affirmed referral receipt. However; told they would have to review the referral before any appointment could be made. Arrived at the building at my appointment time but after 3 elevators and 5 people in line before me I was over 10 minutes late and they refused to see me. 0/10 customer service
