This was my first appointment with an osteopath and I had no idea what to expect. I went for a general assessment. Abadi explained his approach to osteopathy to me in a way I could easily understand. He told me what to expect during appointments and over time if I were to continue. At all times, he told me what he was doing and why, and he was very careful to make sure I was comfortable with each particular exercise. He’s also just a really, really nice guy! Looking forward to the next appointment.
How fortunate am I to have found Abadi! Years ago I've been in a car accident and suffered severe head and neck injuries. I would give 100 stars if I could. Abadi has done for my back, my body, and my mental health (those with chronic pain know what I mean), what many other physiotherapists, chiros and osteos could not since 2019. No waiting, the appt was not rushed and I felt that I received the care I needed for the reason I was there. All my questions were answer and I felt confident with the information I received about how to move forward to keep my recovery moving forward.
