Being snowbirds we didn’t think we would find an Osteopath here in Naples. My wife had a pinched nerve and was in great pain for weeks. Ryan was very accommodating especially over the Christmas holidays. Ryan definitely knows his craft and is very professional, four visits later my wife was well on her way to recovery. Working with Ryan was wonderful! My 1 month old had been dealing with some neck tension and breastfeeding struggles, so I was eager to find an osteopath in the Naples area to help! Dr Ryan Aldaco at Osteo Moves did a wonderful job addressing my back issues in the short term and and explaining the exercises I needed to do to continue to protect my back. Highly recommend him and osteopathy as a much more effective treatment for back issues and body alignment issues than chiropractic care (which I have a lot of experience with)
Ryan is great and extremely smart about the body. He worked and me and quickly found the problems that were causing my pain and keeping me from working out. He then gave me exercises to do at home to strengthen the muscles that haven't been activated in years. thus, each day that goes by, I'm experiencing zero pain because my body is learning better technique and posture. if you're in pain and you keep going to a chiropractor, drop that habit, and book with Ryan now!
