I didn't really know what osteopathy was until I met Sofia. As someone who’s fairly active, I knew that I needed someone to not just fix me, but be able help me maintain healthy joints and mobility. I’m glad I met Sofia! I can come in, sit on the table and she can just tell what’s wrong and start fixing me!
