I’ve really enjoyed the clinical Pilates classes with Lauren at Osteo Net. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and ensures each session is tailored to individual needs. I always leave feeling stronger and more balanced. Highly recommend!
Love Pilates with Lauren! Only 2-3 in the session means one-on-one care and attention. My strength and flexibility have increased so much since starting. Lauren is so knowledgeable and tailors exercises to suit all my niggles. I've been visiting Osteonet for Osteopathic treatment as well for nearly 15 years - Mia is magical! The Pilates has improved my strength and posture so much I've found my back and neck issues have reduced dramatically so I dont get to see Mia as often though!
Outstanding service here, highly recommended. Lauren is a wonderful and caring myotherapist who gives excellent advice.
Mia is a brilliant osteopath, on several occasions she’s fixed my various injuries and got me back to the level of activity I need to maintain. I love that she understands my goals and works with me to achieve them (she doesn’t just tell me to rest).
