I had a my 5th fascial stretch therapy (fst) session with Taryn recently. I have also recently had massage therapy and an osteo treatment and this made me realize the importance of including fst in my regime. It complements the other treatments and reaches other problem areas. Taryn is an excellent practitioner!
I can always rely on the Osteo Naturel team setting me straight! I have been dealing with chronic neck and shoulder pain for many years and since working with the practitioners at Osteo Naturel I have a much better handle on it.
