Attorney Ostendorf is incredible. Truly, I do not have enough positive words to say about what he does. Atty ostendorf has dropped everything to fill in as my attorney in emergencies during extremely vital case hearings and court dates that could have been detrimental. I have been working with James for a little over year now and my impression of him is that he is a hardworking attorney who is knowledgeable in family law. He is personable and compassionate. I do have to remind him of the details of my case when I reach out and although it is unusual to receive an immediate response, I am grateful when I do. I am so grateful to have enlisted Attorney Ostendorf to handle what began as a small claims case that he deftly transfered to a regular civil docket, where the Massachusetts Rules of Civil Procedure apply. He then demonstrated an impressive ability to navigate legal intricacies - through excellent preparation and polished advocacy. He basically saved the day. If you need a good lawyer, call him - you will not be sorry!
If you are a woman, DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER. He does not care and it’s almost as if he makes deals with the other lawyers for his own personal gain. If he says he never represented me, just look it up in Bristol county probate and family court. I gained nothing from hiring him.
