If you are a woman, DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER. He does not care and it’s almost as if he makes deals with the other lawyers for his own personal gain. If he says he never represented me, just look it up in Bristol county probate and family court. I gained nothing from hiring him.

Non-responsive and utter lack of communication. When he did communicate, he never stops talking!! Fired him and disagree with most of his billing breakdown. The silver lining is we found a superb, extremely capable, and responsive attorney to handle our case.
I hired James for help in a custody battle. It was a very very ugly case, but with utter satisfaction James and his team helped me bring my baby back home with me where she belongs. They were extremely supportive, helpful and understanding of my situations. I would recommend them over and over again to anybody in need!
