I had been hesitant to do business with OSteen Volvo but I was pleasantly surprised the level of professionalism and customer treatment was exceptional Hey Thanks Ben your Customer treatment rocks thanks Shuttlle Service Mr. John Brunetti exceptional customer treatment .Everything was done in a timely manner and I was able to get my car back as promised.Kudos to the OSteen Volvo's team .
Save yourself the trouble and suffering and go somewhere else. They sold me a vehicle that's air conditioner broke 2 days after, refused to fix it and were very rude when I called about it. It's going to cost about $3,000 to fix thanks to their lies and deceitfulness.
Osteen Volvo has the worst service dept I have ever encountered. The service mgr will flat out look you in the face and lie. The guy has no ethics at all.I would NEVER!!! purchase another car from any of their delaerships. Good luck to all of you that do buy from them......You will regret it if you ever have a problem that requires service where they are responsible for covering the cost.I have purchased three Volvos and this one is my last.
When an owner is led to believe that they are in some way more superior to everybody else, you should awoid that dealership, period.!!
I have bought all my cars here for the last 10 years and have been more than pleased. I had a friend die suddenly last year and his widow was left without transportation for her and her two children. Mark put her in a car and waited two months for the life ins to pay up before he got paid. Find a car dealer that does that! I think they are superior!
