5-30-2024 I bought a brand new Volvo from OSteen Volvo in ************ last August, (2023). We dealt with Osteen Volvo for years! Bought cars there and had our cars serviced there but this last time, it was the worst experience we ever had!! Nobody answers on the ****************** and we had to wait for days for someone to tell us what was wrong with our car. We had to keep calling because they NEVER called us. We will never go back!
I found a used car on Cargurus.com at O'steen Volvo of ************ that was reasonably priced and exactly what I was looking for, however it was several states away. Spoke to ******* and told him that I wouldn't be able to come look at it since I was in NC. He did great sending me extra pictures and information and even told me how they can easily ship it to me. I had been hesitant to do business with OSteen Volvo but I was pleasantly surprised the level of professionalism and customer treatment was exceptional Hey Thanks Ben your Customer treatment rocks thanks Shuttlle Service Mr. John Brunetti exceptional customer treatment .Everything was done in a timely manner and I was able to get my car back as promised.Kudos to the OSteen Volvo's team .
Save yourself the trouble and suffering and go somewhere else. They sold me a vehicle that's air conditioner broke 2 days after, refused to fix it and were very rude when I called about it. It's going to cost about $3,000 to fix thanks to their lies and deceitfulness.
