Our time spent at O'Steen Volkswagen of Valdosta was a most pleasant experience. I had a great, stress-free car buying experience in Valdosta at O’Steen’s VW. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Everyone I encountered there went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed. I don’t think it’s the norm to feel like you can trust car dealers, but I put my trust in the staff at Osteen‘s. JR was great, and Landon went out of his way to make sure I got the best extended warranty to meet my needs. I was mislead by them on "free " oil changes. Be very wary of this dealership. I've had many dealings with the Osteen dealership in Nashville and have always been treated right. Lesson learned I suppose
