So far turning in the lease has been uneventful which is exactly what you want. If things change I will update this. I can however say that if the O'steen dealership in Nashville is not very interested in selling or leasing vehicles.
This dealership has it going on. Called Marquis on a Saturday with a check engine light on. He remembered he had a technician coming in to work on another vehicle. Normally such an issue not available for repair on Saturday. He took the time to call the tech and ask if he could look at our vehicle. With a yes we drove an hour and as always recieved a great welcome and hospitality. Left with our issues repaired. Thanks guys amd keep up the good work.
Got a very nice car from there
We service both of our VWs at O'Steen and always have a positive experience. The "vibe" of the place is relaxed and calm and the staff are totally professional. Joseph and Marquis provide excellent customer service. They explain everything and communicate quickly when our vehicles are ready for pickup. In my experience, it's rare to actually like a car dealership. O'Steen is an exceptional place, and we'll keep coming back to them!
