I am very happy with my decision to hire Ost, Inc. The owner, David Ost, quoted my renovation professionally and with ease. David worked with me to absolutely transform my home for me and most importantly my children. It was long overdue. When the work started, Covid started, David and his team were more than professional dealing with this situation and my concerns. It was appreciated. Started off strong, lots of promises and upbeat attitude. As the project went on, Dave Ost was scarce to be found, and his workers weren't always sure what to do. Third party subcontractors were of cut rate quality, leading to a lot of frustration. We were stuck with an extra $5000 bill at the end, which we pushed back against. We also didn't get everything we wanted (a kitchen and workroom). Dave Ost put a lien against our home, and lied on the sworn statement. I threatened to sue and he removed the lien.
