Appreciated my experience at Ossur Motion Lab. Chris was friendly and professional. He explained the process for getting a custom brace and did all the preliminary measurements and 3-D scan, providing an estimate for me to take to my insurance company. It was quick and easy.
Tim Phillips at Ossur did an excellent job of fitting my new unloader knee brace. He's very professional and cares about making sure your knee brace fits as it should. Knee brace prices can be quite high, but Tim's attention to detail ensures you can be satisfied with your purchase.
