Ryan at Surrey branch is very friendly. I am a support worker of PWD. I am greatful that there's people like Ryn who knows how to communicate with person with disabilities. He assisted him to put on the knee soft support.
My wife and I walked into the Tim’s office without an appointment and were taken care of right away. He explained the different types of knee braces and how they functioned. I injured knee (needing surgery) 3 weeks prior and am going to Europe for vacation within 7 days. Within an hour we were heading home with an Unloader brace that took away my meniscus knee pain right away. Also offering us support if there are any issues moving forward.
