I went to go pick up my lenses after being told they were in, when I got there, I was told they lost my glasses and that they would keep looking for them. After a week of hearing nothing, I finally called back and was told they still couldn’t find them and I would have to come in and pick a new pair of frames so they could remake my lenses. I was not even given an apology or anything, plus, I had to be the one to call them for any kind of information.
I had the pleasure of having my eyes examined by Dr Lucas. Her assistant was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The office was clean and inviting. I had little to no wait to be called back and the Doctor was in to see me within a minute or so. Dr Lucas was very caring and treated me with respect and took the time to preform the testing I needed to find the proper RX. Very pleasant experience
Excellent service, Dr. Patal was super friendly, even though I was running a few minutes late. Everyone here was professional, although it was a bit expensive. (Although I included a few add-ons) I’m looking forward to getting new glasses. :)
My eye exam and the doctor were great ordered my glasses the same day. With it being close to Christmas I understand it may take more than 3-7 days to receive them but I ordered on 12/21 it is now 1/6 and I still don’t have them. I will never order them from here again I can’t wait this long for glasses.
