I took my eyes prescription in today, and without a appointment was immediately taken care of. It was a great relief to order the new glasses today and within a few ×weeks I should have them. Very happy with the Lady for her care.
Had a appt for my daughter took her out-of school! I didn’t go to work !! all for them to say they couldn’t see her because I didn’t have my insurance card. I wish they could’ve told me that yesterday when I made my appointment!!! “That this office would refused to see a patient for not having a physical insurance card” poor poor customer service.
I drove to Elkhart from Chicago and forgot contacts. I was so grateful to have found this incredibly kind business who helped me get what I needed so I could actually see on my visit with family. I am eternally grateful and would highly recommend!!!
I went to go pick up my lenses after being told they were in, when I got there, I was told they lost my glasses and that they would keep looking for them. After a week of hearing nothing, I finally called back and was told they still couldn’t find them and I would have to come in and pick a new pair of frames so they could remake my lenses. I was not even given an apology or anything, plus, I had to be the one to call them for any kind of information.
