Always a great experience here!
From the time I at arrived, to the time I left, I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. All of the staff was so friendly and professional, the employees at front desk, the young lady who took me back for my exam ( I think her name was Victoria, Dr Olivia Elston, and Kris who helped me with my glasses and went over all the details with me. My visit was great.
First, the customer service here is extremely disappointing. Before making my appointment, we called to confirm that the doctor would be available and that my insurance was accepted. However, when I arrived, I was informed that they no longer accepted my insurance and had actually stopped accepting it back in January.
