After 5 visits for adjustments on my glasses I returned for a 6th where I met Andrew at the Elkhart location. He fixed all of the issues I had been having for months. My glasses are now very comfortable. Thank you, Andrew for such an amazing experience! I appreciate you and your expertise!
Elkhart location is a joke. I was having trouble scheduling an exam online. I called the Elkhart office to get assistance I was asked if I would hold 17 minutes later I hung up and called again just to get a recording that the office is closed. Should’ve just told me that in the first place. Very unprofessional.
