Sandy was very friendly and welcoming. The whole staff is very professional and polite.
Sandy helped me out so much. Was able to help me get a quick repair done on my nose guards with no hassle. She was kind and fast.
The older lady receptionist at the Valparaiso location is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in any doctors office. She lied to me about how their billing works, misread my insurance deductible, refused to tell me what my visit would cost, and raised her voice at me multiple times. When my husband called to speak to a manager she refused to let him speak to anyone but her and told him I was lying about our encounter.
