Called to have my snowblower picked and fixed. This was during the last snowfall. They took my name and number. They would let me know shortly when they would pick up. Yes, I’m still waiting. Guess what’s supposed to be coming tomorrow? I still have a nonworking snowblower.
Came in last night to buy a Honda 1000 5 Deluxe. The service department was very polite and sent us over to Bryce. Waited well over 20 minutes while Bryce was on the phone. We were the ONLY customers in the store. He did not come out to help us when he was done on the phone. Would have been the easiest sale they ever had. What a fantastic place to buy a motorcycle or ATV! Bryce is honest, straightforward, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! He helped us with our first motorcycle purchase from start to finish, being extremely accommodating all along the way. Called on Saturday, July 7th asking about a repair needed on my V Star. Throttle Cables need replacing. STEVE, The Service Manger kept saying. "are you sure you called the correct place.
