Did an excellent job and was very informative.
My 2015 F350 6.7 Diesel broke down on the freeway on the way to visit friends in Illinois with my 5th heel attached. They helped me get it towed to there shop disconnected the 5th wheel and put the truck in the shop to look at it. Thane the service Advisor was a tremendous help. he kept us informed the whole way as they found the problem ordered the part and had us back on the road in a little over 24 hours. Thank You Osseo Ford for your unbelievable help in this matter, your employees are top notch.
Worst parts department ever!! This was the third time I was told a part was ready and drive out to get it, only to be told it will not be in for another week!!! I will not give them any more chances.
Great staff and service! My car unexpectedly had an issue while I was driving down 94, and I ended up stopping here because there were no other car service places open nearby. Despite this being a random walk in and my car isn’t even a Ford, they were happy to help me anyway. My experience here was short but very positive. I would definitely trust these people with my car!
