I haven’t had surgery or anything yet, just my first consultation with Dr Reid. As someone who has chronic conditions and is overweight, seeing a specialist can be very daunting. Dr Reid was friendly ,kind and professional. Not once was I made to feel unworthy because I am fat. He validated my condition that no other doctor or specialist has even mentioned which was amazing. I feel confident that whichever way my journey goes, it will be in good hands with Dr Reid

I was impressed with the receptionist on first contact. Immediate answers after ascertaining the situation in depth. Dr Reed was friendly and helpful explaining everything. The Anethetist was also thorough.

After doing something really stupid (running 109km on an already suspect knee) I visited OSSEM to get to the bottom of the pain I was experiencing. I initially saw Lynn and then Mike. I never felt pressured to go ahead with surgery, in fact, both Lynn and Mike really wanted me to understand that this was something that needed to be considered very carefully. Dr Reid and the staff at his clinic are wonderful. Excellent service. Dr Reid has a lovely manner, very personable yet professional. He took time to listen, shared his thoughts on my issue and the options available. This was my first consult with Dr Reid and his thoroughness and unrushed communication left me feeling confident that I’m in good hands.
