Ossalaer MISmanagement company is totally corrupt. They charge home owners fees and pocket the money. They do not keep their properties maintained. At all. In fact, they will mismanage a property until the city is ready to condemn it. Complsints from owners are ignored. They cancel home owner meetings at the last minute so they don't have to face the owners. Their agent, PENNY is the sloppiest unprofessional I have ever met!
