Ossalaer MISmanagement company is totally corrupt. They charge home owners fees and pocket the money. They do not keep their properties maintained. At all. In fact, they will mismanage a property until the city is ready to condemn it. Complsints from owners are ignored. They cancel home owner meetings at the last minute so they don't have to face the owners. Their agent, PENNY is the sloppiest unprofessional I have ever met! Brian here is the worst property manager ever and shady creep !!
This company is actually the worst. They sent debt collectors after us even though they had our phone numbers and email addresses, and had been in active ongoing communication with us about a different matter. They sent one single reminder email about the amount owing, didn’t think to give us a verbal reminder during our actual multiple conversations over the phone about this other matter, or send any other follow up correspondence, then sent a debt collector after us, costing us hundreds of dollars in fees.
