Er hat alles in die Wege geleitet, dass wir zügig ein Auto bekommen. Er war auch flexibel mit dem Abgeben in Orlando (wir haben das Auto in Miami geholt) und hat uns angeboten, uns spontan zu entscheiden, ob wir das Auto länger brauchen oder nicht. ⚠️ SCAM WARNING — Stay away from OSSA RENT A CAR INC! I had a terrible experience with this company. They took photos of my personal documents and bank cards without explaining what for. Later, I noticed multiple unauthorized charges on my account – over $600 total, without any prior notice or explanation. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam.
