Isn't very hands on. I always had 1 on 1 with therapist for 30 to 45 minutes. I went from Pain happening mostly when I was walking too much to constant pain even at night.
I had a severe neck pain where it was very difficult to turn my head as for backing up my trailer or even to back out of my driveway. Jesse and his crew worked with me and made a world of difference . I will send everyone that needs help with sport related or accident related injuries to Jesse and his team for recovery in a second
