I cannot stress how important it is to have a caring hospice company be by your side when you and your loved ones are going through a tough time. My Dad is currently in home hospice, and the staff at OSPTA is amazing! The staff really cares and they go above and beyond to make sure all of your needs are met and they really truly care about their patients. Unfortunately, my family member's experience with their therapist was not a positive one. He/she didn't listen to my family member when they told the therapist they were in excruciating pain. The therapist insisted they do the exercises, which also included them touching their leg and stretching to the point that my family member had to scream. My brother,my sister and I can't tell you about the extraordinary care my mother Betty Sager had with OSPTA Charleroi. The whole OSPTA team(Tracy,Sheryl,Ann,Donna,Joelle,Linda and Cathy) could not have been more kind,caring,compassionate and professional and we owe them all a debt of gratitude.
