Unfortunately, my family member's experience with their therapist was not a positive one. He/she didn't listen to my family member when they told the therapist they were in excruciating pain. The therapist insisted they do the exercises, which also included them touching their leg and stretching to the point that my family member had to scream. My brother,my sister and I can't tell you about the extraordinary care my mother Betty Sager had with OSPTA Charleroi. The whole OSPTA team(Tracy,Sheryl,Ann,Donna,Joelle,Linda and Cathy) could not have been more kind,caring,compassionate and professional and we owe them all a debt of gratitude.
