I do not recommend living at Osprey Townhomes. We’ve had serious spider infestations—specifically black widows and false widow spiders. These are not harmless bugs—black widows are dangerously venomous, and it's extremely concerning that management hasn't done anything meaningful to resolve the issue. Osprey Townhomes by D.R. Horton are disappointing. There’s no restroom downstairs, which makes daily life and hosting guests very inconvenient. The stairs are sharp, steep, and excessive — not safe for kids or elderly people. The kitchen is way too small and lacks functional space. Everything feels cheaply made, from the flooring to the fixtures. Worst of all, the walls are so thin you can hear everything — footsteps, voices, even small movements from neighbors.
