I’ve been a resident here for less than 2 months. When I signed my lease I was transparent about the amount of work travel I do in regards to their parking permits. They need “written notification” on anyone who is here as a visitor more than 3 days. Osprey assured me that I didn’t need any kind of parking pass and they would note it on my file.
