The Osprey Observer started publishing as a newsletter in 2001. The main focus was to cover community news and activities specifically in FishHawk Ranch. After the first month, residents started requesting more news from the surrounding community and we started to expand. We added the subdivision of FishHawk Trails, River Hills and Bloomingdale within the first four months and were printing more than 10,000 copies per month after only six months. I love that the Osprey Observer focuses on the community and all the great things that are available and happening. The majority of their stories are uplifting and positive. The paper posts many monthly ‘things to do’ so one can plan to attend. They also write articles on new businesses and the local schools events and sporting events. The Osprey Observer is overall a great paper which is delivered to the community free of charge. I highly recommend it to all.
