Horrible management company. We negotiated a lease with their equally horrible leasing agent. We were presented with a contract which we signed and handed over a security deposit and full first-month's rent. We heard nothing for two weeks. The leasing agent then told us he had an addendum to our lease. Without saying so, they tried to increase the rent by $150/month.
