I'll say the only good thing going for this place is the location. It is conveniently close to everything you will need. Other than that I would avoid. We have had nothing but water problems here. I do not know if it is because the pipes are old, thin, or just made of glass. On three separate occasions we have had our apartment flooded due to the maintenance staff "fixing" things and majorly inconveniencing us.
