This place seemed great when my wife and I moved in, I'm 52 my wife is 44 we lived next to 4 22/23 yr old kids in a 3 bedroom, they played video games with headphones on and screamed all the time one of his roommates verbally assaulted me and tried to physically assault me, they would scream profanities they smoked pot on their back porch all the time and slam their slider everytime!
