No stars. Go somewhere else, they really are the worst in the area for subpar dental work, overcharging, terrible customer service, and 16 months behind in billing. They send you a bill with no explanation and tell you it is late but when questioned the receptionist says I am sorry we are just getting to our billing now. Their scam is they do poor cleanings so you have to come back sooner too so they can charge your more. Shady business.
The worst experience with a dental office. The cleanings are done by inexperienced dental hygienists (revolving door), terrible customer service, they overcharge you, bill you 16 months late with no explanation, and tell you I am sorry we are just getting to our billing and write on the invoice you are late (Shady). I had to have my teeth cleaned again by another practice shortly after and they said where did you get your teeth cleaned, they did a terrible job.
Received a bill for services unsure were even rendered from 6 months ago. Upon questioning the cost via call to office, clerk informed me it was due to non insurance paying 6 months ago...I never received any notice of this whereas clerk claimed bill sent in December 2019. I did not undergo 2nd procedure of antibiotics as she inferred but they submitted claim to insurance anyway.
RecommendedEveryone at Osprey Dental is so nice and accommodating. Olivia did a fantastic job on my cleaning today and Jenny has done great on my previous ones also. The office is so clean and nice. I’d recommend it for sure
I want to recommend this place because everyone there is so nice and also the dentist was so amazing, I always had a fear of the dentist and stayed away for years but after my visit yesterday my plan is to return and have this team of professionals fix the other problems that I have with my teeth. Thanks to all of you for making my first visit so great
