STAY AWAY FROM OSPREY BAY! My in-home consultation was in mid-May and I was assured by the rep that I could have my kitchen remodel finished by July 4th, a 9 week timeframe. Immediately after I gave them my deposit the problems started: My Visa was billed twice for the initial payment to begin the project. It took two weeks and directly contacting the company CEO before I got credit for the second billing. Poor - Fair would be a good rating for this company!!!! is the WORST !!!!!! This is the WORST experience I ever had doing any kind of remodeling in my house... This company are awesome at paying LIP service... the designer took my original design and did not do anything...and they charge me $400.00. It took 3 weeks just to get answers about the design and parts... I should have known then... that it was going to be a problem. Unfortunately I Highly discourage anyone from choosing to use this company. I worked for them Briefly and know of too many clients who are displeased w/ their service/s or lack there of - and I as a Designer am still waiting to be paid due compensation for work I completed. Look elsewhere - it will SAVE you in the long run a LOT of grief.
