I waited 60 days before I would post a review about Helm Property Management. I truly wanted to wait to see if I would see any improvements. I actually started seeing professional emails from the management team immediately. Then I saw visual improvements around the property. Everything from the exterior grounds to the interior of the buildings near the elevators ,inside elevators as well as the hallways. This has made a huge difference from the pervious management team.
