Love our apartment and new management is fantastic! If you're looking for a great place on Lake Norman this is it!! Boardwalk around the lake is an extra bonus!!
Blown away by the beautiful facilities and amazing views. This is truly one of the best communities in North Carolina.
We have been residents here for over a year now, our A/C went out the other day, Dave to the rescue! It was after hours but Dave responded quickly and determined we needed a new blower motor. They had to order it but Dave made sure to make us comfortable and brought us 2 portable unite to use till the part came in. Parts came in and our A/C is working great! Thank you Dave for excellent service and thanks to the office staff who made sure to follow up and ensure we are taken care of.
