Took over an hour for food, asked for manager several times, manager (who came 45 minutes later) claimed he sent an assistant, she never introduced herself, all she asked was how things were going as we had gotten our food. Food was cold. I had left overs and waitress went to remove plates instead of asking for a box. When I asked for a box, she brought our food to the back. Had a family wedding reception there last weekend. Food was excellent and the owners, bartenders, and waitstaff went over, above, and beyond excellent service to make the couple and our family feel special. Cannot say enough great things about them.
