Mrs. Lynette in office is friendly and caring always making sure there is snacks and food for the tenants at osa verde there is pool party with dj and lounging area also the pool and lightning are beautiful as well as the great security and beautiful apartment 🥰
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Don't ever live here. The head management, Lynette, will do anything to turn a profit on leases, including ending your lease early against your will for another tenant to move in. They allow lease violations for some tenants, including drug and alcohol abuse, yet unlawfully evict others for minor infractions, such as a noise complaint. If you don't want to live in an apartment with drug addict managers that will rob you of your lease payment, simply don't choose this place. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I’ve been living here for 2 years (planning on it next year too) and I’ve never ever wanted to live anywhere else! The property management and staff are so kind and helpful which is so rare in student living. The property is absolutely picturesque too.
The management is awesome! We fell in love with the complex and the facilities.. also the great security for our daughter.
Beautiful luxury apartment. Pool is amazing! Onsite gym! Great management and maintenance team. Would definitely recommend!
