Smoothest doctor's appointment I have ever been to. Everyone is very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Under 45 min to sign in and have x-rays done.
Today, my daughter hurt her elbow and we went to OSM in Westport. The urgent care center closes at 4:30 and we literally arrived there at 4:30. The office, including the front desk staff and John Carravone were kind of enough to see my daughter, which we greatly appreciated. John took her history and was able to quickly diagnose the issue and reduced her dislocated elbow within minutes. Dr Redler is an amazing doctor . He goes above and beyond to make sure that I am comfortable and understand everything going on . He listens to what is hurting me , and he trys to work out a good method of fixing the pain I have . When in the room with him . His complete focus is on me and he does not rush out . He makes sure I am ok with my issues, which mostly are my knees and arthritis
