I had great experience, with hardly any waiting. Julie the receptionist, provided me with excellent customer service and assisted me with checking in. My X-ray technician was Ann and my Nurse Practitioner was Ashley. They were able to quickly determine the cause of my pain and assisted me with a resolution. All three made me feel welcome and expressed empathy toward my situation, excellent bedside manners! I didn’t feel like I was just another patient.” What an amazing team!
I decided to use their walk- in services on a Sunday and I was impressed with their services. Receptionist was very nice, helpful and made the check in process / co-pay very easy. Within 10 minutes of my arrival and finishing up paperwork, Doctor came to the waiting room to greet me and take me to the exam room. After discussing the issue, I was scorted to the x-ray room by the nicest gentleman ( x-ray tech). I left that appointment feeling heard and taking care of. The front desk receptionist was lucking of standard professional behavior. She was very rude and loud not having complete information. Very condescending person! Not who patients in pain want to deal with. I was front desk worker in a clinic and no matter what I would never mistreat patients that way.
