There’s this one guy there everytime I go to get my food he’s always weird to me. He’s given me old chicken or made my food overly spicy on purpose. There were 5 people today before me but he chose to make my order first. You can’t have people like this working. He worked on the third and was wearing a long hoodie. I don’t know what his problem is. I had food poisoning because of it. Really really bad service. I love osmows but I might not go to this location again. The guy in the photo
Extremely Unprofessional Behaviour by Staff Member I recently had a very disturbing experience at this location. While I was using the washroom with the door locked from the inside, an employee named Channpreet was still able to open the door and walk in. When I asked how he managed to open a locked door, he claimed the locks were not working. If the staff already knew this, they should have placed a sign or at least knocked before entering. I’m really disappointed with my recent order from Osmow’s on Harvard Street, Guelph. I paid full price, but the portion of chicken they gave me was shockingly small. It felt like I got half of what I’ve always received at other Osmow’s locations. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable. Quality and consistency matter, and this location really dropped the ball. Definitely reconsidering coming back unless they improve their portions and customer service.
Quality has gone super downhill. Have been served stale fries twice now..
