She went and touched the public pop fridge then didn't change gloves and proceeded to make my wrap when I asked her to do it again with clean gloves suddenly I am the bad guy for wanting clean food never will I return to this location!!!

My fiancée and I frequent Osmow’s and are usually satisfied. Not today. We ordered a chicken on the stix and a chicken on the salad. There was a brand new chicken stick on the rotisserie so we were expecting fresh and delicious shawarma. Instead, we got what could only be described as slop. The chicken smelled like dog food and had no flavour. I've been coming here frequently in more recent years and the food is usually good. BUT, today I was just eating the fries on Stix when I suddenly felt something firm in my mouth. I kept chewing until I took it out of my mouth and it was PLASTIC. I found literal plastic in my food. and I know it was already in the food because it was buried under fries and sauce. How do they even manage that?? I put it at 2 starts because this was my only bad experience at this restaurant.
