I wanted to make shawarma (we have shawarma at home lol) but couldn't find half the ingredients I needed nor the tahini and garlic sauce so I cheated and went to Osmows on Red River Rd. I wish I caught the workers name because she absolutely understood the assignment. Not only did she give me extra extra extra sauces, she filled the containers to the brim! She both saved the day and made my day. The food is always consistent, hot and so flavorful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart everything was perfect
