I’m a regular customer, but this was a very disappointing experience. The fries were undercooked, and they upset my stomach. What made it worse was the customer service. The manager was rude and unprofessional, and instead of trying to resolve the issue, they spoke disrespectfully. This location used to have friendly employees and much better service. Unfortunately, the customer service has gone downhill. I hope management takes customer concerns seriously and improves both the food quality and the way customers are treated.
I had a very disappointing experience. The fries were served undercooked, which upset my stomach. When I brought the issue up, the Guy was rude(time 9:20pm get order) and showed poor customer service instead of trying to help. I expected better quality food and a more respectful attitude toward customers. I hope they improve both their food quality and customer service.
