Extremely Disappointed – Wrong Order, No Accountability We visited Osmow’s to order a falafel with veggies on a rice base, but when we got home and opened the bag, we were shocked to find falafel on the rocks instead. Upon calling the store to let them know, not only did they refuse to remake the correct meal, but the manager outright said, “My store is going to lose $15”—as if that justifies terrible customer service. Wrong Order & Rude Response – Terrible Experience Ordered a chicken shawarma wrap with spicy garlic sauce, but got home to find a beef wrap with tahini instead — completely wrong. When I called the store, I was met with zero accountability. The manager flat-out refused to remake the correct order and said, “We can’t just give out free food, that’s a loss.” Excuse me? The mistake was on their end. No apology, no refund, no fix. Just attitude. This isn’t how you treat paying customers. Won’t be coming back.
