First of all, I don’t understand why they hire people who don’t speak English I got a juice, barely worth four dollars, and they charged me $20, and when I called to get my money back, they just said I’m being rude and hung up on me.
Today at 5:22pm. Me n my wife went there for food. My wife ordered falafel wrap. It was served cold . So went back inside to talk to the staff . Instead of giving us a fresh food . He gave us the change back. Didn’t even bothered to ask we wanted in exchange of it. We were there to eat not for a refund. Didn’t even apologize for their mistake. Terrible service
Poutine shawarma was like soup. Me and my partner both had it and did not like it. If we come again, I think I will stick the shawarma on the sticks.
I ordered one type of food, but they gave me a completely different one. When I got home and checked the order, I realized it was wrong. This was not what I ordered. Because of their mistake, I had to throw the food away. This is very disappointing and unacceptable.
