Absolutely terrible customer service. I accidentally placed the wrong order and immediately tried to contact the restaurant to correct it. I called around 15 times, and not once did anyone answer the phone. I even asked my Uber driver to speak with the staff on my behalf. This is the worst osmows service i ever visited and have. These people never pick the call if somebody has to change something no cooperation and no action. Zero tolerance for these kind of shit……….. worse
Such Bad customer service. We’re a regular at Osmows in Burlington but this branch in Maple View Mall is just a horrible experience. The quantity was so less it was nothing like what we get at their other branches. Done waste your time and money here.
I was served old chicken at 11 a.m. on Saturday. It tasted off and sure enough, I’ve been sick for the past two days because of it.
