Our experience at this location was disappointing. The staff’s body language and overall demeanor made us feel unwelcome from the moment we walked in. Both employees looked visibly unhappy, and it reflected in their service. One staff member spoke so quietly that we had to ask her to repeat herself, which she seemed irritated by. Their mannerisms communicated to us, the customers, that we were not welcome. Two very dejected people were working when we visited. One didn't speak loud enough and then got irritated when asked to repeat herself. They did not ask how much sauce/what spice level, instead put hot sauce on and then asked if it was good after the fact. The amount they put for a "medium" spice level request for my partner, was way beyond any "medium" level at other Osmow's. Very poor energy and customer service. I was unaware of food as i was new at this place and the guy serving was so mean . It was their closing time but still… i asked him what is best to eat and he recommended me chicken shawarma which was worst as he throws the food in box. And chicken was awful.. it was worst experience.
