Absolutely disgusting experience. I came to this store with a group of 3 people, and we are all university students. Out of everyone in the group, I was the ONLY person asked for ID. Nobody else was questioned except me. I provided my school ID, and even after that I was denied service for no clear reason. When I calmly asked why, the employee raised his voice, became aggressive, and told me to leave the store. As a Black customer, this experience felt like blatant racial profiling. Do not come to this location, they have the worst customer service. I called to place a pickup order and was told they don’t take orders over the phone and that I had to use Uber Eats or the Osmow’s app, even though the item I wanted wasn’t available on either platform. When I explained this, they refused to help and kept repeating the same response instead of offering any solution.
